This training helps participants to become aware of causes of tensions and conflicts, to learn how to deal with negative reactions, difficult behaviour, strong emotions and how to better manage problematic situations

This training enables participants to develop skills and strategies to establish trusting relationships and create a climate conducive to communication and negotiation, in order to exercise their role and achieve their objectives in a healthy and effective manner.

Psychological Harassment

This training provides information on what constitutes psychological harassment or not, the handling of complaints, the respective obligations of the employer, the union and the employee and on the modes of intervention and prevention of these situations. Transformative approach in dispute resolution

This training is offered to mediators, human resources advisors, legal counsels, managers and conflict resolution practitioners. It allows them to learn the fundamental principles and the intervention tools of the transformative approach.

Group conflict intervention

This training aims to develop the knowledge and skills to analyze sometimes complex situations and implement appropriate interventions to resolve the problematic or conflictual situations in work teams.
